To place an order, go to the products and click “add to basket.” After you have filled in all the essential information, your order will be processed.
You will receive an order confirmation email to the address you entered once your order has been successfully placed. All of the information about your order will be included in the email. If you placed the order online, you may also access the data under My Account -> My Orders.
All orders will be placed on our website, www.carecosmetics.com.pk.
We do not offer exchanges, if you wish to return your product your case will be verified by our customer service department and if approved. You will receive a coupon to use on our website for the exact amount of your order (minus the shipping cost), after your order has successfully been returned.
Yes, we certainly do! All orders above Rs. 1000 are delivered for free!
After the order has been successfully placed, it will be processed and delivered. The whole process takes 4-5 business days.
Every stage of your order’s progress is communicated to you via email and text message. You will receive an email or a text message with your order details after it has been placed. We will send you a text message with your tracking information once your order has been sent. If you haven’t received any updates on your order, please check your spam and old SMS folders. If there are any unforeseen situations that cause your order to be delayed, you will receive a special update from us.
You receive a confirmation call for your order to ensure that nothing has changed with it.
